At HCL Technologies, I lead Agile project delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications. I coordinate stakeholders across business, development, and QA while managing project scope and delivery through the SDLC.
I also work with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and oversee UAT, end-to-end testing, and application support. Earlier, as a Quality Analyst at HCL Technologies, I designed and executed test cases and supported successful releases with zero post-production defects.
