What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level remote or work-from-home opportunity in QA/QC, R&D, Food Technology, Biotechnology, documentation, back-office work or a related role.

My Food Technology and Biotechnology projects included developing a heterogeneous catalyst for biodiesel production from waste cooking oil and producing tagatose from seaweed-derived galactose through enzymatic bioconversion. I also conducted literature reviews, laboratory experiments and analytical interpretation.

My academic background includes laboratory analysis, food quality testing and documentation. I’ve worked with HPLC chromatography, DNA/RNA extraction and gel electrophoresis, and I’m comfortable using MS Excel.

I independently created and managed Vinshi’s World, a YouTube channel featuring educational rhymes, stories, cooking and creative videos. I developed concepts, scripts and prompts using AI-assisted workflows, and handled content planning and the editing workflow.
