I'm seeking Production, Operations Management, Quality Assurance, and food safety opportunities with a reputable food-industry organisation where I can apply research, quality-control, and food technology experience toward organisational goals.

I've contributed to food science across Bisleri International, Government Medical College Srinagar, Mishry.com, and Apex Co-vantage Data Sciences. My work spans production quality control, food-consumption research, SEO-focused food content, product reviews, and multilingual AI data projects in food science.

My doctoral research examined how storage and processing affect pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables from Kashmir Valley. I completed lab- and survey-based food safety studies, published research in Scopus- and Web of Science-indexed journals, and presented work on pesticide analysis and vitamin-D fortification.

I've also supported JKAFET by designing its website and the FoodDIC application for Food Technology students. I bring hands-on experience in food testing, physicochemical analysis, quality systems, food processing, consumer trends, data analysis, and technical writing.
