Achieved #1 ranking in MSME Delinquency Management (0.29% rate) while managing annual disbursals of over ₹30Cr. Played a pivotal role in developing the Gold Loan business in the Calicut-Kasaragod territory and ensured 95%+ branches achieved 'A-grade' audit ratings.
