At IndusInd Bank Limited, I headed operations across a 444-branch network in five states with full P&L accountability. I grew zone business volume from ₹4,600 Cr to ₹20,000 Cr and expanded the J&K operation from 2 branches to 33.

I built a 39-member leadership structure, including five Regional Heads, and established control and performance frameworks across the branch network. I also co-architected an Aadhaar-UIDAI-PAN KYC platform that helped raise digital sourcing from 20% to 95%.

I improved operational outcomes by cutting approval turnaround from 4–6 hours to 30 minutes and delivering ₹1 Cr+ per month in sustained rental savings. I’m a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Microsoft Azure Certified Professional, and completed the Chief Operating Officer Program at IIM Kozhikode.
