I’m a results-driven HR Analyst who turns HR data into actionable insights and better workforce decisions. I’ve worked in remote, global environments—supporting teams across the Middle East, Africa, and other international regions while building interactive dashboards and reporting.

Currently at AdaniGroup as an HR support Analyst (via Ven Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.), I use Advanced Excel and Power BI to analyze and report workforce and operational data across multiple regions. I maintain accurate data records, prepare analytical reports, and support data-driven decision-making to improve organizational planning and reporting efficiency.

Previously with Quantum-Leap in Dubai as a Data Scientist/HR Analyst, I analyzed HR data, tracked workforce metrics, and built dashboards using SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Excel. I’m also familiar with HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow, and I bring an analytical mindset through projects like an Employee Attrition Analysis Dashboard, an HR KPI & Workforce Analytics Dashboard, and Recruitment Analytics—connecting insights directly to HR operations and strategic workforce planning.
