I’m an Executive Virtual Assistant with administrative and operational support experience focused on helping busy executives stay organized, responsive, and focused on growth.
In my freelance role, I manage executive calendars, coordinate 40+ meetings monthly, and streamline scheduling workflows to improve efficiency and reduce administrative bottlenecks. I also oversee inbox management across Email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn, helping reduce response times while maintaining professional and consistent client communication.
Beyond executive support, I assist with reports, presentation decks, meeting preparation, CRM updates, project tracking, and documentation management using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and HubSpot CRM.
