What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a communications leadership role where I can own integrated media strategy, stakeholder messaging, and content-first campaign execution—ideally contributing to property projects with strong governance and measurable outcomes. I’m particularly interested in contributing to AI language data projects where accuracy, consistency and natural expression is essential.

I’m a Business Director specializing in strategic communications, media planning, and integrated marketing communication—partnering with government, corporate, and national brands to drive measurable growth.

From 2018 to 2025, I led full-scale communication and marketing activities at a family-owned media advertising company, helping grow business from IDR 1B to IDR 6B in 2024 through revamped media strategy, messaging development, and campaign execution.

I oversee communication plans end-to-end—budgeting, concept development, performance metrics, and communication governance—while ensuring messaging consistency, media outreach, and stakeholder communications across public and private clients.

Previously, I led strategic and creative communications for a property developer (2016–2018), advancing PR campaigns, content-driven initiatives, product launches, media relations, crisis handling, and creator communication alignment—strengthening brand reputation and supporting corporate development.
