I’m an operations and partnerships professional specializing in livestreaming operations and marketplace account management. Currently at Kuaishou Technology (SnackVideo), I support agencies and creators by tracking performance, running campaigns and incentive programs, and resolving operational issues with cross-functional teams.

Previously, as a ShopeeMall Relationship Manager, I managed 50+ sellers across FMCG and Fashion categories for over two years and supported their growth through marketing strategy, negotiations, and program enablement. Earlier, I completed an industrial engineering internship where I researched production processes and improved production time using the Theory of Constraints—strengthening my drive for practical, measurable improvement.
