At Arrivy, I own the operating processes behind project execution and product delivery for a B2B field service management SaaS platform, connecting Engineering, Product, and Marketing from kickoff through release.
I run sprint planning, requirements intake, roadmap and backlog management, dependency sequencing, blocker resolution, and delivery reporting. I also rebuild bottlenecked workflows into standardised, automated processes using Zapier, native integrations, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
I led Arrivy’s organisation-wide migration from Monday.com to ClickUp, designing the target environment, coordinating a phased cutover, and driving adoption through onboarding and training. I’m open to Product Operations, Delivery Operations, and Program Management roles with UK and US teams.
