What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-obsessed product role where I can own roadmaps, define measurable success, and iterate with data. I want cross-functional autonomy to prototype with modern tools and deliver in fast-paced, learning-focused teams.

I’m a Product Manager with three years of digital product experience and over a decade of end-to-end delivery, focused on turning customer needs into outcomes. At OneTech, I led the transition from project to product management, owning the roadmap for online learning programmes and platforms.

I iterate based on user feedback, analysing performance data and validating hypotheses to keep decisions grounded in what users actually do. I collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content teams to scope, test, and release platform enhancements that improve engagement and satisfaction.

I’m commercially astute and customer-obsessed, balancing value with constraints while managing product budgets up to £1m+. I’ve also used AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude) to prototype solutions and automate workflows, helping me ship faster and learn quicker.

Beyond delivery, I invest in capability building—producing a course on building an app in 8 weeks using no-code tools like Bubble, Zapier, and Airtable. I bring cross-functional leadership, measurable success metrics, and execution excellence to fast-paced environments.
