I’m a Technical Product Manager and Tech Lead with 8+ years shipping crypto-exchange, fintech, and Web3 platforms from zero to scale, combining product strategy, system architecture, and hands-on Solidity/Python development. At Eterex, I lead product and engineering for a crypto exchange serving 45K+ users and $7M monthly trading volume, scaling the tech team from 5 to 14 and owning hiring, on-call rotation, and incident response. I architected resilience and fraud systems that kept the platform operational through nationwide internet shutdowns and the June 2025 Iranian exchange compromise wave.

I thrive designing end-to-end systems under real constraints: I migrated from monolithic to service-driven architecture, built an event-driven fraud pipeline (RabbitMQ + hybrid rule/graph scoring) that removed manual review from the standard flow, and shipped a post-cutoff fiat-deposit rail using Open Banking reconciliation. I also build modular, secure foundations—config-driven KYC policy engines, wallet/custody and multi-sig flows, and observability with fast incident detection—and I stand up security programs including internal red teaming and external audits. Alongside my core role, I co-founded two Web3 ventures where I led EVM smart contract architecture (OpenZeppelin Clones, EIP-1167) and Python/Django backend orchestration, from product strategy to contract templates and investor materials.
