I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build product teams and operating systems, drive measurable growth in AI/marketplaces, and own monetization and execution cadence with tight budget discipline and strong cross-functional alignment.

I’m a senior product and business operations leader with 10+ years building digital products in startup environments, including senior leadership experience since 2020. I partner closely with CEOs/founders to turn strategy into execution—building the teams, operating cadence, and accountability needed to deliver measurable growth.

Most recently as VP of Product & Business, I owned product, growth, hiring, and operational discipline across a 50+ person AI organization. I scaled the team from 5 to 50+ in 6 months, created a low-cost hiring engine, and managed planning and budget discipline under a <$65K monthly budget while launching monetization lines that moved the business toward operational break-even.

As Chief Product Officer at Bama.ir, I led a product/technology transformation across B2C and B2B revenue streams. I rebuilt the operating model by hiring PMs, designers, researchers, and a CTO, then improved funnel performance (including a 34% increase in B2C ad submissions), expanded broker-focused monetization (+3B Toman in two quarters), and reduced user friction by refining submission and profile-management flows.

I also bring hands-on product depth from leading AI product efforts and restructuring organizations at SDStudio, where I reduced idea-to-market from 90 days to 4 weeks and made build-vs-buy decisions to avoid ~$500K in development cost.
