What I'm looking for

I’d focus on scaling operating leverage rather than headcount through advertiser and publisher self-service, campaign QA, and exception handling. I’d measure campaigns per operator, manual touches, launch time, and automation rate, using AI where it outperforms rules.

At SnappMarket / Snapp, I scaled CPC and retail-media monetization to 40B Toman in monthly ads revenue. I also delivered 25+ partner and POS integrations, reached 90.5% adoption of the promotions platform, and led an AI-assisted stock initiative associated with ~3% daily NMV uplift.

I’ve worked across grocery commerce, product transformation, and product/engineering roles at OKALA, ALIBABA TRAVELS, SportMob, Daapapp, and Infinite8. Independently, I built Quantiviq / Brain, Free Best Router, and Universal Engineering Agent, exploring AI-native workflows, LLM routing, and bounded agent execution.
