I’m an MBA (HR) candidate with hands-on HR internship experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations. I’ve supported end-to-end entry-level hiring by sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to keep things moving smoothly.

I strengthen onboarding and day-to-day HR accuracy by managing documentation, induction schedules, and orientation sessions, while maintaining audit-ready employee records. I also support employee engagement activities and build cross-functional coordination by working closely with supervisors and other teams on administrative needs.

Beyond my internship, I completed a research project on “Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Process” at a large organization (Larsen & Toubro), producing actionable recommendations after studying recruitment stages and onboarding touchpoints. I bring BFSI exposure through “General Insurance & Finance” (Bajaj Finserv Certified) and NISM, and I’m confident using MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite.
