At Instollar, I led planning and delivery of InstallHER clean-energy training cohorts in Nigeria and Nairobi. I supported training for 134 women, including 35 trainees in Nairobi, and earlier cohorts recorded approximately 75% employment or income-generation outcomes.

I coordinated approximately $150,000 in donor-funded programme delivery, including budgets, implementation plans, partner documentation and progress updates. I also directed requirements for Instollar Academy’s learning infrastructure, covering digital onboarding, assessment, quality assurance and certification workflows.

At Tech4Dev, I coordinate delivery across seven locations for the iDICE programme, turning programme goals into local workplans and reporting. I created KPI matrices, reporting templates, mobilisation plans and onboarding guidance to standardise execution.
