What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a bilingual customer service role where I can use French, English, and Arabic daily, resolve customer issues directly, learn new systems quickly, and contribute my experience in retail, client interaction, and team coordination.

I've led a field crew for CRCC 20 on the LGV Casablanca–Marrakech high-speed rail project, coordinating daily work between Moroccan and Chinese staff in Arabic, French, and English.

I've also supported customers in retail at GoldenChef and Polydrapt, handling product advice, sales, stock presentation, and customer service on the sales floor. My call center training at IO Solutions covered English-speaking account procedures, scripts, call handling, and CRM tools.

Alongside customer-facing work, I built and launched TAFEM Prep, a live React, TypeScript, and Supabase exam-preparation platform used daily by hundreds of candidates. I'm comfortable resolving problems on the spot, communicating clearly under pressure, and learning new systems quickly.
