With over 12 years of experience, Ayman has led and managed UX design teams for various web-based, SaaS, mobile, and desktop applications. As a certified User Experience Designer, Content Strategist, and Accessibility Consultant, Ayman has a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and has successfully implemented design systems to increase consistency across products.

Ayman's expertise spans across user research, design thinking, and design and prototyping tools. With a strong background in team management, Ayman has cultivated healthy and collaborative team cultures that are inclusive, transparent, and safe for everyone. Ayman is also an accomplished public speaker and has spoken at various events, including IA Day Toronto and Accessibility Toronto.
