I've delivered software solutions for Bosa Properties' Sea&Sky, Broadview, and Parkway Connect Rental Tower go-lives, managing integrations across Salesforce, Zapier, DocuSign, and Acuity.
Across WildBrain and previously DHX Media, I led production operations for major animated IP including The Snoopy Show, Snoopy in Space, Take Care with Peanuts, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, Transformers Rescue Bots, and Ninjago. I managed scheduling, budgets, crewing, delivery, and cross-functional teams, including overlapping Harmony production seasons with crews of 120+.
I translate creative briefs into practical production plans and help technical and creative teams work better together. My work has included ShotGrid/Flow adoption, pipeline documentation, training, workflow audits, automation opportunities, UAT, and Agile sprint delivery.

Worked with in-house and out-of-house artists to ensure that they handed their work in on time. Managed the revisionist team and made sure that the notes they worked with were defined and clear.

Managed asset data entry and revision flow across the team to ensure that we remained on schedule. Identified reuse opportunities, created scene setup files, and supported independent contractors through structured delivery workflows and asset tracking.
