I've built BancNet's Fraud Risk Management function from the ground up, supporting the national payment ecosystem across ATM and InstaPay channels. I designed its fraud program, governance, policies, monitoring workflows, investigation procedures, escalation protocols, and incident-management processes.

I review roughly 100 fraud alerts daily, investigate high-risk incidents, and coordinate response activities with participating financial institutions. I also develop detection methodologies, monitor scam typologies and mule-account activity, prepare executive risk reporting and KRIs, and contributed to AFASA implementation and scam-prevention controls.

Across Drink LMNT, Shopee, Maya, BDO, Metrobank Card Corporation, and BPI, I've investigated transaction, merchant, card, account-abuse, chargeback, and suspicious-activity cases. I've developed monitoring rules and risk controls, automated merchant monitoring reports, optimized detection parameters, managed blacklists, and supported fraud technology and system-enhancement initiatives.

I'm also committed to building a stronger fraud-prevention culture through practical awareness training, including BancNet's first enterprise-wide program and training for relationship managers at Maya.
