I’m a customer-focused college sophomore with hands-on experience delivering fast, accurate service in high-volume settings. I communicate clearly with diverse customers, resolve issues efficiently, and stay composed when things move quickly.
I’ve managed customer orders and requests with strong attention to detail—minimizing errors even during peak hours. In both front-of-house and kitchen environments, I supported customers with professional, friendly, concise, or thorough communication depending on what they needed.
