What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on infrastructure role where I can lead cloud and virtualization projects, improve security and DR, mentor teams, and work in a collaborative, growth-focused environment (remote or hybrid preferred).

I am a results-driven system and network administrator with over nine years of experience managing on-premises and cloud infrastructures. I administer Microsoft 365, Azure resources, ESXi/vCenter environments, and design VDI solutions to ensure high availability and efficient collaboration.

I have implemented backup and disaster recovery strategies across multi-site environments, configured Sophos and Fortinet firewalls, and managed storage solutions including iSCSI, NFS, Seagate and Synology. I deploy and maintain MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Intune), ManageEngine Desktop Central, and provide cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.

I build technical documentation, run training for support teams, and maintain a personal lab for hands-on learning to validate designs and troubleshoot complex issues, always aiming to improve reliability and security.
