What I'm looking for

I seek roles combining technical work and cross-cultural communication—data-driven content, SAP/IT services, or multilingual education—in collaborative, growth-focused teams.

I am a B.S. Information Systems graduate with practical experience applying technology and data to improve content strategy, teaching, and customer experiences. I combine technical knowledge in Python, JavaScript, SQL, HTML and SAP with strong analytics to monitor and optimize digital performance.

As a multilingual professional fluent in Japanese, Korean (TOPIK Level 6), and English, I have delivered bilingual instructional materials and led cross-language tours and lessons, earning high satisfaction ratings and improving learner outcomes. I design engaging, illustrated learning resources and measure impact through performance metrics.
