I am a pragmatic engineer and sustainability professional with deep experience in change management, innovation, and circular design, blending technical rigor with human-centered approaches.

I founded and run Atelier Miqias, a sustainable fashion atelier, and previously led Beyond Group projects delivering cross-sectoral development initiatives with measurable efficiency gains.

I have consulted for international organizations including the EU, GBSB Barcelona, Berytech, and Goethe Institute, focusing on design thinking, product development, and business transformation.
