What I'm looking for

I'm looking for principal- or director-level remote roles, long-term contracts, or fractional advisory work where I can lead AI-native product, CX, UX, and service transformation across GCC, EMEA, and global teams.

I lead experience strategy and AI product design through Mindflares, helping organizations including Orange Telecom Jordan, SOCPA, HRSD, NEOM, Gulf Bank, and stc KSA turn complex transformation goals into actionable product, CX, UX, and service-design roadmaps. My work spans research, journey architecture, service blueprints, design systems, governance, and delivery planning across regulated, multi-stakeholder environments.

With a PhD in HCI focused on Arabic UX localization and cross-cultural design, I shape conversational and agentic AI experiences with trust, user control, human oversight, and culturally adapted RTL patterns in mind. I also bring 17 years of teaching and mentoring in UX and user-centered methods.
