What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role in humanitarian or development programs where I can manage operations, strengthen MEAL and partnerships, build local capacity, and implement sustainable, impact-driven projects.

I lead the Lebanon office as Head of Office and Programme Manager, restoring office structure, rebuilding team morale, and promoting cross-border technical collaboration to improve day-to-day operations. I design and implement programme plans tailored to ground needs and oversee MEAL activities, evaluations, and structured research to enable continuous programme adaptation.

At the International Committee of the Red Cross I developed and led healthcare rehabilitation programmes across government hospitals, supported systemic capacity building through multiple trainings, and led emergency responses to COVID-19, the Beirut Port explosion, cholera outbreaks, and the economic crisis. I have managed dozens of development and infrastructure projects and driven stakeholder engagement with donors, NGOs, and the private sector.

With an engineering foundation and executive studies, I combine technical project design, sustainability leadership, and internal auditing experience to deliver resilient, community-focused solutions. I am committed to capacity building, private sector engagement, and environmentally conscious emergency response to maximize impact.
