What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead organizational development, training, coaching, and career-counseling work that improves performance, supports people through change, and creates meaningful community impact.

At Waznat, I lead the Organizational Coaching Department and have designed and facilitated 300+ customized workshops for schools, NGOs, hospitals, universities, and corporate organizations. My work addresses organizational gaps, drives behavioral change, and has contributed to improved employee performance and organizational satisfaction.

I've led trauma-management programming after the Beirut Port Explosion, expanding support from 150 participants to 5,250+ trainees across 135 groups. I also deliver career counseling and assessments for more than 1,000 students annually, helping them make informed academic and university decisions.

Beyond organizational development, I lead youth leadership, conflict-resolution, and environmental awareness initiatives. I care about practical community impact, from democratic reform projects to recycling, waste management, forest preservation, and fire prevention.
