What I'm looking for

After pharmaceutical and medical-related experience, I want to explore options beyond the medical field and focus more deeply on the details and requirements of customer service.

At Revibe, I investigate and resolve customer complaints about renewed devices, shipping delays, and technical issues. I share accurate information about warranties and return policies, and coordinate with operations, claims, and technical teams on order tracking and replacements.

At Transcom, I supported customers on the TUI UK ACCOUNT with bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions. I documented interactions and updated reservation systems while handling service and technical issues.
