In my current role as a Pharmacist at the Ministry of Health and Population, I assist more than 50 customers daily. I explain medications clearly, address customer concerns with empathy, and maintain accurate records while meeting quality standards.

Earlier, I managed pharmacy operations as a Pharmacy Manager, where I led a team, maintained service quality, and resolved customer issues professionally. I also coordinated with suppliers and handled daily workflows to keep service smooth and reliable.

As a Pharmacist across multiple pharmacies, I provided medication counseling, supported prescription workflows, and built customer loyalty through friendly, efficient service. I’m now seeking a remote Customer Support position where I can contribute to an excellent customer experience and keep growing professionally.
