I’m a result-driven IT Analyst with over 4 years of hands-on experience focused on modern infrastructure security, cloud environment administration, and enterprise systems maintenance. I specialize in managing hybrid Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory ecosystems with a strong emphasis on secure, reliable operations.

In my current role, I manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technical incidents, partnering with infrastructure teams on complex dependencies and escalations. I administer hybrid corporate infrastructure using PowerShell automation (including the ExchangeOnlineManagement module) for system validation, synchronization, and secure user provisioning.
