At ADB HR CONSULTING LLC, I advise organizations on workforce decisions and build the Human Resources infrastructure they need. My work includes multistate policies, employee relations processes, benefits support, and system transitions.
At RITHOLTZ WEALTH MANAGEMENT, I established the firm’s first People Operations function and developed a four-year roadmap for its workforce. I built a performance management framework and implemented Lattice for goals, reviews, and development planning.
At BENELYNK, I built multistate Human Resources infrastructure as the company expanded from approximately 20 employees in two states to approximately 325 across 18 states. I developed recruiting capacity that supported more than 100 hires in three months during the COVID pandemic, and reduced time to fill for critical roles by 30 percent.
Earlier, I established the first formal Human Resources function at JON RENAU COLLECTION and developed broad, hands-on operating experience at CRAIG ZINN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP. I hold SHRM-CP and Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist credentials, along with master’s degrees in Employment Law and Human Resources Management.
