I'm looking to lead workforce, talent, organizational effectiveness, and transformation strategies for a complex, distributed organization, partnering with senior leaders to turn business priorities into practical people solutions.

I'm currently Vice President of Human Resources at Carylon Corporation, advising the CEO and operating presidents on workforce, talent, organizational design, and HR priorities across a distributed organization.
