I accurately measure pupillary distance (PD) and segment height to ensure proper lens specifications, and I maintain organized, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA guidelines. I also schedule and manage high-volume patient communication while verifying insurance eligibility and supporting accurate patient billing.

Earlier, I worked in Coastal CT Dentistry as Real Estate Accounts Payable / Admin Team, where I reconciled statements and maintained accurate financial records. I also served as a Chiropractic Technician / Social Media Manager, creating and maintaining engaging Instagram content that increased brand visibility and audience engagement, while supporting implementation of patient health plans and exercise programs.
