What I'm looking for

I seek an EHS Manager role where I can apply military-honed leadership, regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA/DOT/NRC), incident investigation, and Lean Six-Sigma to improve safety culture, mentor teams, and drive continuous improvement.

I am an Environmental Health and Safety specialist with diversified military experience and 20 years of management and leadership. I concentrate in safety, quality assurance, procedures, safety data, Lean Six-Sigma, maintenance, budgets, logistics, and inventory management.

In my current role as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist at Siemens Energy, I interpret and ensure adherence to environmental regulations, manage change (MOC) procedures, and develop and maintain environmental manuals and procedures. I lead risk assessments, incident investigations, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive initiatives aligned with the Siemens-Energy Zero-Harm framework.

My background includes field engineering for combustion turbine-generators, logistics management for PMA-271 and Northrop Grumman, and production supervision for Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic, where I planned inspections, managed IMRL assets, and supervised and trained technicians. I have led daily safety meetings, supported Human Performance (HuP) programs, and coordinated cross-functional teams to meet program and project requirements.

I hold Lean Six-Sigma Green Belt certification, multiple NDT and aviation quality credentials, Fall Protection Competent Person certification, and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
