What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a safety- and quality-focused role where I can lead explosives/UXO EHS programs, strengthen compliance, and drive continuous improvement through risk-based decision-making, training, audits, and strong employee engagement.

I’m an Unexploded Ordnance Safety Officer & Quality Control Specialist focused on protecting people, property, and the environment through disciplined, risk-based EHS leadership. I currently manage a multi-disciplinary EHS program for 75+ contract personnel supporting construction and range activities at the Nevada Test and Training Range.

As an explosives safety subject matter expert, I lead key UXO operations elements such as MPPEH management, explosives site planning, safety submissions, and field observation of explosive operations, construction, heavy equipment activity, and range residue removal. I emphasize continuous improvement and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Federal/State OSHA, EPA policy, and Department of Defense explosives safety requirements.

Earlier in my career, I led Explosive Ordnance Disposal operations for the United States Air Force, handling chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, conventional, and improvised explosives and munitions while performing real-time and deliberate risk assessments. Most recently, I served as the EOD Functional Manager for 10 Air Force—leading eight Reserve EOD flights by directing strategic budgeting, training, quality assurance, manpower, and program audits for 150+ personnel—then extended my expertise as a regional radiation safety and radiographic analysis training instructor for IED detection.
