I’m the CEO at Aurélio Informática, focused on dependable IT operations and service quality. I bring hands-on leadership grounded in ITIL practices and infrastructure reliability.

For 10 years, I’ve been responsible for managing IT delivery around Windows Server and Storage, with an emphasis on keeping systems stable and support responsive. I lead the team with an operational mindset: solve problems fast, prevent issues, and keep stakeholders confident.

Before and alongside my leadership work, I held hands-on roles in IT support and coordination. As an IT Support Technician, I ensured university equipment followed established guidelines, maintained terminals and peripherals (including printers and modems), and supported users with network and login access.

I’ve also managed core identity and access needs, including configuring new user accounts in Active Directory, installing and configuring systems and applications, and routing user inquiries to the right IT personnel. I’m driven by technical ownership—repairing equipment malfunctions, monitoring network-use policy compliance, and maintaining readiness of computer supplies.
