I lead transformational enterprise IT programs in multinational environments, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals to maximize business impact and operational efficiency. I’ve built and managed large-scale roadmaps and governance models while partnering with organizations like Amadeus, Adobe, Program/Portfolio Mgmt, ITIL 4, Salesforce, and SAP to deliver seamless digital touchpoints.

At Philippine Airlines, I was recruited to the executive leadership team to lead digital transformation strategy and roadmap execution, IT governance, team management (94 headcount), and an annual IT OPEX budget averaging USD $50 million. I drive outcomes such as business generation improvements, including “4% Online Bookings after migration” and “Digital Transformation Strategy 43% for CSAT and 40% NPS.”

Earlier, as Assistant Vice President / Head of IT, I owned information technology strategy and governance for food manufacturing operations. I implemented major systems (e.g., SAP ECC6 ERP, WMS upgrades, Distributor systems, Customer Order Portal) and improved IT service levels by embedding ITIL frameworks and SCRUM-based delivery, while strengthening security posture for plants, branches, and remote workers.
