What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a logistics or operations role where I can apply freight auditing, data validation, transportation coordination, and process-training experience in a fast-paced remote environment.

At Flexport, I audit about 80 ocean freight and trucking invoices daily, validating billing, import and export documentation, and contractual compliance before authorizing payments.

I've resolved freight-charge disputes with carriers, analyzed billing and logistics data in Microsoft Excel, and maintained accurate records through high-volume invoice processing. Previously at Convoy, I coordinated 20+ active loads per day, supported drivers, scheduled appointments, and proactively addressed shipment delays.

I've also trained roughly 100 logistics employees and customer service agents on operational processes, systems, and workflows. I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, with an International Business degree earned Cum Laude.
