What I'm looking for
I’m an Assistant Manager in Facilities Management, managing facility management operations and system implementation across multiple projects. I focus on KPI reporting and customer satisfaction surveys, while standardizing day-to-day support through helpdesk standardization and CFM system training.
I drive operational efficiency through project coordination, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement initiatives. I’m also responsible for asset and travel management, ensuring systems and workflows stay accurate, reliable, and aligned with stakeholder needs.
Previously, I worked as a Project Administrator supporting IT asset administration and PC rental projects. I handled helpdesk operations, inventory records, asset tracking, rental coordination, project documentation, attendance reporting, and billing administration to support smooth daily reporting and client support.
Earlier in my career, I served as a Project Administrator/Secretary to Owner, providing administrative and operational support for project activities and office operations. I managed project documentation and filing systems, coordinated communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams, and supported reporting, procurement, administrative tasks, and internal audits.
