I’m a General Affair & IT Support specialist with 9+ years of experience ensuring business continuity through streamlined operations. I manage office facilities, company assets, employee business travel, and IT infrastructure with a strong focus on vendor management, cost optimization, and reliable service delivery.
In my current role as General Affair Supervisor, I oversee ITAS and Company Services operations, including recap and monitoring of work permit and stay permit processes for expatriate employees, as well as foreign company establishment steps and required business licenses and permits in Indonesia. I also act as Personal Assistant to the CEO and prepare daily operational reports for the CEO and Directors.
Previously at PT Elleair International Trading Indonesia, I supervised facilities and expatriate apartment operations, operational cars and drivers, and travel arrangements while overseeing IT system maintenance, server administration, and network security for 50+ employees. I negotiated with vendors to achieve up to 15% annual cost savings and implemented an asset management system to monitor office equipment and IT inventory.
