I’m a psychology graduate with hands-on experience in psychometry, HR, and childcare, and I focus on accurate, standardized evaluations. As a Recruitment & Psychometry Technician, I conduct cognitive, academic, and executive functioning assessments (including WASI, WISC, WRAML, D-KEFS, and Administration CHAMP) for ADHD, Autism, and neuropsychological evaluations while ensuring reliability and adherence to standardized protocols.

I also bring a people-centered mindset from my mental health and HR work—creating a safe, calming environment for patients during my Psychometry Internship and supporting recruitment through interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and onboarding document preparation. I’m passionate about mental health advocacy and organizational development, and I enjoy pairing structured assessment with genuine client care.
