I am a master's-trained psychology professional with hands-on experience in clinical behavioral care and applied mental health research. I combine direct patient support with technical and project coordination skills to improve care delivery and outcomes.
At the Office of Mental Health I served as Assistant Scientist I, managing the PSYCKES Helpdesk, authoring requirements, coordinating quality assurance testing, tracking defects, and translating user requests into mock-ups and specifications for IT and data teams.
