Message

At UPMC, I work on chatbots with the Insurance Services Digital Experience team.

Previously at ERCOT, I consulted with internal business teams on organizational alignment, strategic roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous quality improvement.

As Principal Product Manager at ERCOT, I was responsible for a portfolio of applications providing customers access to mission-critical information. I also acted as Product Owner on an initiative to bring the public website and secure portal together in a common user experience and technology stack.

Earlier, I initiated an enterprise content management effort at ERCOT, where I defined its business case, benefits realization plan, and project scope and sequence. My work has also included web development, content management, and defining a strategic vision for distance learning at the University of Washington School of Nursing.
