What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on agronomy role where I can deliver farmer training, manage field projects, support value-chain development, and drive measurable improvements in production and post-harvest quality.

I am an agronomist with a BSc in Horticulture and hands-on experience in nursery management, tissue culture, and crop production. I have worked across field research, pest management, and value-chain activities, supporting farmers to adopt improved practices.

My work includes nursery and tissue-culture banana propagation, entomology research for pest identification and monitoring, and implementing vertical farming and climate-smart agriculture at community scale. I have supported demo plots, farmer field days, and extension training that reached thousands.

I have direct commercial experience in quality control, post-harvest handling, and agribusiness sales—managing inventory, meeting sales targets, and coordinating exports for avocado processing. I also provide agronomic advisory services and oversee production planning and budgeting.

I bring strong communication, training, and project coordination skills, with experience supervising teams, managing consultants and enumerators, and delivering M&E and reporting to improve agricultural outcomes and youth employment in rural programs.
