At Newedge Overseas, I built the Russian and Asian pharmaceutical raw-material markets from scratch. I sourced clients, generated enquiries, negotiated prices, and handled quotations and samples, including Incoterms and payment terms.
As a founding member of Route99, I handled overall business strategy for a bootstrapped institute preparing students for CAT and IPMAT. I helped scale it from a home-based start to a full-scale institute with a team of 10–12 and hundreds of students.
