What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can strengthen people operations, support recruitment and employee relations, and use data to improve workforce planning, compliance, and employee experience.

At Cortouch Media, I administered full-cycle HR operations for a technology institute as the sole HR practitioner, supporting recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and policy for employees, interns, and trainees with zero compliance escalations.
