I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist and certified Wellness & Resiliency Coach focused on helping people thrive in high-pressure environments. I bring science-backed care with a human touch, from one-on-one support to large-scale corporate wellness programs.

In my current role as a Wellness & Resiliency Coach (Nov 2025 – June 2026), I’ve delivered 2,200+ therapy sessions and 200+ coaching conversations for content moderation teams and voice campaigns. I design and lead interventions like Wellness Nook and Wellness Heroes—onboarding 500+ employees—and conduct SBS (side-by-side) observations to identify frontline pain points.

I also bring strong operational and leadership partnership experience: I manage planning, budgeting, and stakeholder relationships across Operations, L&D, Facilities, and senior leadership. I present wellbeing insights and survey data at MBRs & QBRs, turning findings into real, measurable change, and I was recognised with the CVN Award for outstanding impact on campaign wellbeing outcomes.

Previously, as a Senior Client Care Counselor (June 2023 – Oct 2025) with an Employee Assistance Program, I delivered 2,200+ counselling sessions using evidence-based, trauma-informed and queer-affirmative approaches. I’ve facilitated 80+ workshops and webinars on workplace stress, resilience, and mental health awareness, and I continue to prioritize psychological safety, burnout prevention, and dignity-centered care.
