What I'm looking for

I'm looking to provide evidence-based behavioral health coaching and counseling, particularly supporting adults and working professionals with stress, burnout, anxiety, work-life balance, relationships, and personal growth.

I provide 1-on-1 telehealth and in-person counseling to adults, adolescents, and selected couples through my independent private practice in Chandigarh.

Since 2020, I’ve completed 3,000+ post-graduation counseling sessions, supporting working professionals with work stress, occupational burnout, work-life strain, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and personal growth goals.

I use an eclectic, evidence-based approach centered on CBT and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, integrating DBT-informed coping skills and trauma-informed strategies when appropriate.

My M.A. in Counselling Psychology and supervised field training across schools, NGOs, hospitals, industry, and community settings inform practical, collaborative support focused on strengths, workable goals, and behavior change.
