What I'm looking for

I’m looking to create and scale employee well-being programs—using mindfulness, counselling, and evidence-based needs assessments—so HR and leadership can improve mental health outcomes and engagement through measurable, continuously refined initiatives.

I’m a wellness coach and counselling mental health professional with 5+ years of experience delivering 5000+ group engagement sessions and 3000+ individual counseling sessions. I’m recognized as a positive change agent for driving impactful wellness initiatives and fostering a healthier workplace culture.

I design and facilitate stress management, resilience building, and work–life balance programs, using needs assessments, guided mindfulness practices, and outcome monitoring to continuously improve results. With a strong background in Forensic Psychology research and expertise in developing and implementing SOPs, I partner with HR and leadership to turn well-being strategies into measurable employee engagement.
