What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven environment where I can lead agile, data-informed programs, manage budgets and stakeholders, strengthen MEAL and accountability, and build high-performing teams delivering measurable outcomes in challenging settings.

I’m a results-driven Project Manager with over nine years of experience leading complex, multisectoral initiatives in fast-paced, resource-constrained humanitarian environments. I design, deliver, and scale high-impact projects on time and within budget while keeping stakeholder alignment strong and teams performing at their best.

Across my roles in MPCA/WASH, emergency response, and food security and livelihoods, I’ve managed portfolios exceeding $500K and coordinated effectively with international donors and local stakeholders, including USAID, ECHO, and UNHCR. I turn ambiguity into clarity—rapidly adjusting plans, mitigating risks, and maintaining momentum through agile execution and adaptive leadership.

Some of my most visible outcomes include designing and scaling cash and WASH programs reaching 10,000+ beneficiaries, achieving 90% household coverage and 85%+ satisfaction. I’ve also led needs assessments for 50,000+ individuals (90% targeting accuracy), and spearheaded water and sanitation construction and rehabilitation for 20,000+ people while meeting 95% of international standards and reducing health risks.

I combine strong field leadership with data-driven decision-making, using tools such as RedRose, KOBO Toolbox, Power BI, Excel, and ODK to power real-time tracking and reporting.
